BodyAwaken Coach ("the App", "we", "us") is a scheduling and client management tool for personal trainers and fitness coaches. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
BodyAwaken Coach is used by coaches ("you", "Account Holder") to manage their own coaching business, including records about their clients ("Client Data"). You are responsible for having the appropriate basis (such as your clients' consent or your business relationship with them) to enter Client Data into the App. We act as a data processor for Client Data you enter, and as a data controller for your own Account information described below.

This data is entered and controlled by you. We store it securely on your behalf so the App functions across your devices.
If you choose to use the "Import from Contacts" feature, the App will request permission to access your device contacts so you can select which contacts to add as clients. We do not access or upload your contacts unless you grant this permission and initiate an import. You may deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
We use Mixpanel, a third-party analytics service, to understand how the App is used (for example, which features are opened) so we can improve the product. This data is tied to an anonymous or pseudonymous identifier, not directly to your name. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
We retain your Account information and Client Data for as long as your account remains active, so the App can continue to function and keep your data in sync across devices.
If you delete your account through the App's Delete Account feature (see Section 8), all associated Account information and Client Data are permanently and immediately deleted from our active systems. This deletion is irreversible.
We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except where retention is required by applicable law (for example, financial or tax records, if legally mandated).
We do not sell your personal information or Client Data. We do not display third-party advertising in the App.
Your account and Client Data are stored using Supabase, a cloud database provider, hosted in the United States (US East region). Data is transmitted using encrypted connections.
We do not share your personal information or Client Data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use the following categories of service providers strictly to operate the App:
You can delete your account directly from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). This action is permanent and will immediately remove your login credentials, all client records, session records, and purchase history associated with your account from our active systems. We recommend exporting or backing up any information you need before deleting your account.
BodyAwaken Coach is intended for use by adult coaches managing their coaching business. The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
